Open Doors of Opportunity

The Opening Doors Capital Campaign successfully raised the majority of the funding for the essential expansion and renovation of the original Lakehill Preparatory School building. Over the past four and one-half decades in the facility, Lakehill has provided quality private education for talented children. With current enrollment at its highest level since the school opened its doors in 1971, the existing facility has reached maximum capacity.

In order to continue the Lakehill standard of quality private education, construction was recently completed to renovate 8,000 square feet of existing space and add 16,000 square feet of new space to the original building. This vital effort produces new lab spaces for science, writing, and computer science, as well as an art studio. It also provides new classrooms, meeting and event rooms, administrative offices, and bathrooms. A dramatic 5,000 square foot inner courtyard offers outdoor classroom and performance space.
